Another church of Saint George stands in the old cemetery of Zemo Kodistskaro village in Dusheti Municipality. The building is of brick, plastered outside, with a tiled roof.
The plan is rectangular with a flat apse and a window cut at its centre. A rectangular niche is made in the northern part of the sanctuary and another of the same shape in the west wall. The door leads in from the south, and inside the hall is covered by a vault.
Sources assign the church to the 19th and 20th centuries. The same village holds the ruins of the earlier church of Saint Barbara: its corners are set in worked shirimi and its window arch is carved entirely in a single stone.
