The old church by Sakhundari stands without a name: whom it was dedicated to has not come down to us. Only the place is known, and it is by that place that the church is counted in the district.
Eighty metres away stands the Annunciation church, which is directly assigned to the Sakhundari complex. Whether the two buildings belong together is not obvious on the ground: they stand close, but closeness alone settles nothing, and the question stays open until specialists look at it.
