The church ruins by the Sakhundari nasoplari lie in the area of Pakhralo village in Bolnisi Municipality. The hall is laid of rubble stone on a base, the masonry was set without strict order, and that shows in the walls.
The entrance is on the north, which is unusual for Georgian churches: the door is normally made on the south or west. A semicircular apse is separated by a side wall, with two rectangular niches cut on either side of its window. No further details of the design are known.
A late medieval cemetery spreads around the church over a considerable distance, and the building itself is assigned to the same period. Nasoplari in the name means the site of a former village: the people left, while the church and the graveyard stayed.
