The church ruins in Patara Darbazi village in Bolnisi Municipality have kept the hall volume, laid of broken stone on a stone base. The entrance is on the west side, and rectangular windows are cut in the east and west walls.
A flattened semicircular apse is separated from the hall by projecting supports, and rectangular niches are made in the north and south walls of the hall. The vault repeated the form of a gabled roof, and the church was covered with tile.
A large rectangular socket is left above the window of the west wall: most likely an inscription or a relief was set into it, but the stone itself is lost. A late medieval cemetery lies around the church, and the building is assigned to the same period.
