The Trinity church stands in the middle part of Kitsnisi. A dedication to the Holy Trinity is among the commonest in Georgian villages, and such churches were usually raised in a visible spot from which they could be seen across the district.
It has neighbours enough: the Kvelatsminda church three hundred metres away, the church of the Mother of God four hundred and sixty, the Archangel church six hundred and sixty. Kitsnisi stands on a slope, and short paths run from one shrine to another.
There are no regular services here and people come freely. The village is alive, and on the patronal feast the church is opened.
