The Kviratskhoveli church stands on a rise at the edge of Tadzrisi village in Borjomi Municipality, on the site of an old churchyard. The present building is new and sources assign it to the current century.
Only large stones scattered around remain of the earlier church. In the early two thousands fragments of its plan could still be made out, but the heavy building work of recent years has erased those traces for good.
The new church is laid of brick and blocks, a small rectangular hall without a sanctuary: the east end is marked only by icons leaning against the wall. The single entrance is rectangular and on the west, the windows are plain and set on the south and east, the facades are partly plastered with cement and the roof is tiled.
