A samlotsvelo of Saint Sophia in Livadi. A samlotsvelo is a small prayer place, and the Tsalka upland holds a great many of them: a single village may keep several such buildings beside one parish church.
Livadi holds four shrines, all close together. The site of a former church of Saint Barbare stands two hundred and fifty metres away, the samlotsvelo of Saint Catherine half a kilometre off, and the parish church of Saint Panteleimon a little further.
All four can be walked in a single stroll of about twenty minutes. The prayer places keep no order of their own and can be approached at any time; in the church keep to the usual rules.
