A place where a church of Saint Barbare once stood, in Livadi. A naeklesiari is exactly such a place: the building is gone, while the memory of it and of its dedication is held in the name. Barbare is honoured as a protector in sudden misfortune.
This is the third of the four shrines of Livadi. The prayer place of Saint Sophia stands two hundred and fifty metres away, that of Saint Catherine half a kilometre off, and the parish church of Saint Panteleimon a little further.
All four can be walked in a single stroll of about twenty minutes. No services are held here and people come as to a place of memory: do not move the stones and remember that for the village it is still a shrine.
