The Lusakhpyur chapel stands on the southern edge of Nardevani village in Tsalka Municipality. The chapel was built directly over a spring, and inside the spring is framed as a well, so water and place of prayer are joined here quite literally.
Large undressed boulders lie inside the chapel. The entrance is on the west side, the roof is covered with sheet metal, and there is no dressing at all.
Sources assign the building to the late twentieth century. The same village holds two more listed sites: the church of the Virgin Mary at the foot of the cyclopean fortress and the chapel of Surb Saroi, laid in dry masonry.
