Another church of Patara Chailuri is likewise known without a dedication. What sets it apart from the first is not the name but the position: this one stands beyond the built-up area, about four kilometres north of the village, among the fields.
All around lies the plain of Sagarejo Kakheti: ploughland, pasture and rare shelter belts, with no buildings nearby. The village with its four sanctuaries stays to the south, and it is easier to come here from there than from the main road. Sagarejo is about sixteen kilometres away.
No regular services are held here; the church stands in open country and can be approached at any time. The approach is a field track, noticeably harder after rain and sometimes impassable in winter, so come in dry weather. Closed shoes are worth taking, the grass around is high.
