Another church of Dzevri, tied to the Chekhnari quarter within the village itself. The dedication has not survived, so the church is called by the quarter name, and we will not invent a saint for it.
The the other church of the village, a church of the Saviour, is known by Dzevri yet stands by neighbouring Bosela: an old church name reaching beyond a modern village boundary. About two and a half kilometres separate the two churches. Dzevri lies in eastern Imereti, in the hilly belt between Terjola and Chiatura. The century of building is not established.
The parish is rural and services are infrequent. Dress modestly, women wear a headscarf. Both churches of the village are easy to cover in one trip.
