The ruins of a church of St George stand in the Akhaldaba locality by Milistskaro village. The Akhaldaba here is not the Borjomi one: the namesake town in the Borjomi gorge is better known, and a search by name more often leads there.
The naeklesiari at the cemetery of the same locality stands very close, two hundred and eighty nine metres away: two monuments of one name in different states of survival. The church of St George in Upureti lies a kilometre and a half off, the Lomisa niche a little further.
You can come up to the ruins at any hour, there are no gates. The masonry is old, so people do not climb the walls or move the fallen stones. The place is still revered, and one should behave by these walls accordingly.
