A village parish dedicated to the Holy Trinity. It is also referred to as a church of Saint George: two names run side by side and which is older cannot be said. In Georgian villages this happens often, when a dedication is passed on by word of mouth.
The village name is easily explained: boseli is a cowshed or cattle pen, so Boslebi reads as the pens. The pastoral past of these hills is fixed in the toponym itself. The village lies east of Dmanisi, off the main road, among settlements of the same size, each with a single church. The century of building is not established.
The parish is small, there are no regular services and the community gathers at weekends. Dress modestly, women wear a headscarf, and it is better not to touch the icons or vessels without permission.
