Church ruins in the middle of Bareti. No dedication has survived for them: when a building loses its roof and its furnishings, the name usually goes with the parish, and only the memory of a church remains.
The ruins stand in the thick of the Bareti group: the prayer place of Saint Elias a hundred metres away, the church of Peter and Paul at two hundred and twenty, and further Saint Barbare, Saint Demetre and Saint Constantine. The village holds eight shrines in all.
No services are held here and the place is viewed from outside. The ruins deserve the same care as a working church: do not move the stones and do not climb the walls.
