The Ormotssaidari church stands in Vardisubani village in Telavi Municipality. The hall was about five and a half metres by five, and today only its eastern half survives, the outer corners having collapsed while the remaining walls rise a little over a metre above the ground.
The building is laid of irregular cobble. The single entrance led in from a narthex and both its jambs survive. The hall is short with a semicircular apse holding a small grated window at its centre and rectangular niches on either side.
The main detail is in the conch. It is drawn in small irregular cobble and clay vessels are set into it, working as resonators to improve the sound of the singing. Plaster survives only here, on the conch. This is one of five church sites in Vardisubani.
