GCCA gives Yandex Go one month to fix consumer rights violations
According to a GCCA statement published by BPN on 28 October 2026, violations of consumer rights were found at RideTech Georgia (Yandex Go). The company has been given 1 month to remedy them.
The agency considered the information about the service provider incomplete. It found unfair the terms shifting liability to the driver and allowing unilateral changes to conditions without notice.
