How Long Does It Take to Publish a Listing

Listings on Madloba.info are published manually - the editorial team verifies the data, creates the card in three languages, and checks for accuracy. This takes time, but every card goes through an editorial review.

Why There Is No Automatic Publication

The directory contains more than 100,000 organisations across Georgia. Each card exists in three languages - Georgian, Russian, and English. Automated generation without review leads to translation errors, incorrect addresses, and duplicates. For this reason, we publish manually.

What Affects Speed

Speeds up publication:

✅ A complete set of data in the first email (name, address, phone, description, field of activity)

✅ Email from the company's official address - no additional verification of representation needed

✅ A clear description in any of the three languages - no need to determine what the company does

✅ A link to Google Maps, the website, or Facebook - helps verify data quickly

Slows down publication:

⛔ Incomplete data - clarification is needed, the request returns to the queue

⛔ Email from a personal address - representation must be separately confirmed

⛔ Repeated emails with the same request - these don't speed things up; they push the request to the back of the queue

⛔ Peak tourist season (June-September) - more submissions mean a longer queue

How to Track Your Status

Normally, the deadline is 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the complete data. The deadline may be extended during peak seasons. The best way to speed up the process is to send the full details in the first email.

When the card is published, you will receive a notification by e-mail from which you submitted the application.

If the notification has not arrived, but it has been noticeably longer, write to [email protected] with the subject "Application status" and specify the date and e-mail of the first letter.

What You Can Do While Waiting

• Prepare a company description (200–500 words) - you can send it immediately upon publication
• Gather photos (office, team, product, storefront) - for future addition or the premium package
• Make sure your Google Maps card is complete - this helps us verify data faster
