Unlike the two large churches of Karaleti, this is a small form: a samlotsvelo, a chapel. The difference is not only in size: a chapel is built not for parish services but for brief prayer, and it is treated more simply, without clergy.
The dedication is the same as that of dozens of Georgian churches: Kviratskhoveli, the Resurrection. The chapel stands in the northern part of the village and, together with the Trinity and Marian churches, forms a line running across the whole of Karaleti: a convenient guide if you decide to walk the village in full.
There are no regular services here, and you can walk up to the building at any time of day. Dress soberly and treat the walls with care. The two large churches of the village stand to the south.
