This is the third and last Cholashi church of St. George. The Svan name jgrag stands here as well, as at the other church of the group.
It stands by Majvdieri village, eight and a half kilometres from Mestia. Another church of St. George is very close, three hundred and forty metres away, the church of St. Barbare at eight hundred, and the Majvdieri church of the Holy Trinity at eight hundred too.
Small Svan churches rarely hold regular services, yet the shrine can be approached at any time. Follow the coordinates.
