The church of the Archangel in the Labskaldi locality carries the Svan name Taringzel. The same name is met at the ruins of the Ghedsheri church on the upper Enguri, so it is not unique in Svaneti.
The church stands by Lezgara village, thirteen kilometres from Mestia, away from the main road. Two kilometres off stand the Magardeli church of the Saviour and the St. George church of Tsepeli.
The road here turns off the highway and is unpaved in places, so a higher car is better. Follow the coordinates.
