The church of St George opens the string of churches of Tsinamdzghvriantkari village. The dedication is named plainly here, and it is the commonest in the whole district.
The church of St Nicholas stands only a hundred and fourteen metres away, the Tsinamdzghvrishvili church eight hundred and thirty, and further down the valley run the Galavani churches and the Bitsmendi ones. Five shrines of the village fit into a circle of under two kilometres.
The church has no gates and no fence, so you can come at any hour, though there is no constant attendance either. The rules are those of any church: covered shoulders and knees, a headscarf for women, quiet. The neighbouring church of St Nicholas stands almost alongside, so steer by the coordinates.
