Another church of the Khekordzi tract carries the name of St. Tevdore. As with its neighbours the name is double: first the tract, then the dedication, and every local church here follows that pattern.
The tract lies on the slopes between Saskhori and Kvemo Nichbisi. The Khekordzi church of the Virgin stands about six hundred metres away, the church of St. Marine seven hundred, a church of St. George of the same name five hundred. Two kilometres off rises the monastic complex of Abuleti, a little further the village church of Saskhori. Mtskheta is about thirteen kilometres away.
The approach runs along a field track that softens in the rain. The churches here are village ones and stand locked for part of the year, which is normal: they can be seen from outside as well. Inside, dress modestly and keep voices low.
