The chapel of St. Stephen stands in Tbeti village of Tsalka Municipality. It is a small shrine where people come to light a candle; the village was formerly named Khadiki.
Tbeti lies on the Tsalka plateau, west of the town of Tsalka. The name has well-known namesakes - the Tbeti area near Kharagauli and the historic Tbeti in Shavsheti - so it is worth keeping in mind that this is the Tsalka village. Tbeti also has a another shrine, the Archangel Michael chapel.
There are no scheduled services, and the place is open at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and the interior deserves careful treatment.
