Another church of Sakire, dedicated to Saint George. The name of the village also appears in Greek spelling: a Greek community lived across this whole belt from the Tsalka upland to the Dmanisi lands, and its trace shows in the names themselves.
Sakire lies south east of Dmanisi. The other church of the village, known as the Red Church, stands about a kilometre away, so both fit into a single stop.
The two churches of the village are conveniently seen one after the other, a few minutes' drive apart. The rules are those of any working church: covered shoulders and knees, quiet, and a headscarf is useful for women.
