The southern church ruins lie in Dagheti village in Tetritskaro Municipality. The building was rectangular in plan and sources assign it to the 10th and 11th centuries.
Part of the west wall and a relatively large piece of the north wall survive. On the surviving stretch of the west wall, square stone blocks are visible from the facade side and show what the masonry looked like. A side chapel survives on the south of the monument.
Traces of the apse are hard to make out, and the south wall and the southwestern corner read poorly as well. The village also holds a second set of ruins, the northern ones, but nothing is known of them, so the southern ruins remain the only described monument in Dagheti for now.
