A two storey church stands in the hills by the Ujarma district. No separate dedication has stayed with it, and it is known by its most visible feature, the two tiers.
There are many neighbours around: the church ruins two hundred and thirty metres away, the Ogondaanti sakdari about six hundred, the Kakhelebi church a kilometre and a quarter off. It is some two and a half kilometres from here to the parish church of St George in Ujarma.
The site has no village of its own, and the neighbouring churches stand so close that they are easily confused, so steer by the coordinates. There are no gates and no fence, you can come at any hour, but behave as at a working shrine, without noise and without a meal spread by the walls.
