The church is called Tklapis Mtavarangelozi. Mtavarangelozi is Georgian for archangel, and Tklapi is the name of the place that the village is named after too.
Tklapivake lies in the hills between Terjola and Zestaponi. Three kilometres away stands the Dilikauri church of St George, and a little further the Sakara monastery.
There are no regular services here and you can come at any time. Modest dress and quiet are appropriate, and offerings are left where they are.
