Winter season in Bakuriani ready to start

Bakuriani is one of the famous and popular ski resorts in Georgia. From January 15, the skiing season is open!

The end of December was without snow, so the start of the ski season had to be postponed. However, now there is enough snow and on January 15 you can safely ride from Didveli and from Kokht.

Safety rules, conditions for coronavirus have been developed and will be valid at all mountain resorts in Georgia.

In the new rules, the closed transportation of passengers by gondola cable car is limited to 8 people instead of 10. Carriage in open cable cars is allowed in full load. Chair lifts were not subject to the new regulations. The territory and cable cars will be thoroughly and more thoroughly disinfected. Control will be carried out on all available lifts.

Vacationers are asked to observe the distance and mask mode.

The technical side of the issue: verification every two years according to the protocol of use, plus every five years - magnetic depository control.

Bakuriani has been operating since 1932, the resort is one of the first in the Caucasus and Georgia.
