The International Tourism Forum was held in Batumi for the first time

On September 28, an International Tourism Forum was held in Batumi, where the best tourist destinations in Europe compete. And already on September 29, the gala ceremony of the World Travel Awards, also called the "tourist Oscar", will be held. The forum is attended by experts, leading specialists of the tourism industry and government employees. The head of the event is the Minister of Finance and Economy of Adjara, Jaba Putkaradze.

The guests will be offered tours that will introduce them to Adjara and the rich cultural heritage of the region, as well as its traditional hospitality.

Batumi becomes the host of the World Travel Awards for the first time this year. More than three hundred participants of the world tourism industry and the media from twenty-four countries of the world will gather at this anniversary event, which is taking place for the thirtieth time.
