The Minister of Economy of Georgia commented on the cancellation of the "curfew"
Natia Turnava admitted that she supports liberalization, but the ongoing coronavirus pandemic is making its own adjustments to the current situation.
The restriction on movement at night came into force last fall. Those who violate the regime from 23 pm to 04 am will face a fine of $ 650 to $ 3,000.
The head also added that the government is monitoring the epidemiological situation in the country, so if open land borders do not affect the incidence of covid, it will be possible to talk about the abolition of the "curfew".
At times, residents in different parts of the state come out to protest and demand that the restriction be lifted or its hours be reduced.
