📝 For the identification registration of bee farms, farmers should contact the regional or municipal offices of the National Food Agency. Such an affordable design will contribute to the introduction of a traceability system for animal products, as well as farmers will be able to participate in various government programs and benefit from them, produce competitive products and freely sell them on local and international markets.

Representatives of the Food Agency and the NAITS project hold regular meetings with beekeepers.

🍯 Georgian honey is quite expensive, the retail price of a kilogram is 20 lari. The products undergo strict control according to various parameters first at home and over 80% are exported to European countries.
