The museum contains a hand axe of Mesolithic era (X-VIII millennia) from the village of Gari and a spearhead of flint from the village of IRI, a stone axe of Neolithic era (IV-V millennia) from the village of Shakao, stones for grinding crops of Eneolithic, Early, Middle and Late Bronze Age from the village of Tsmenlauri.
Archaeological excavations in the village of Brili unearthed important materials of Bronze, Early-Iron, Antiquity period, including flint tips of mid II millennium, bronze spearheads (XII-XIX centuries BC. e.), sculptural images of Aries (XI-VII centuries BC), spiral hair clips (VIII-VII centuries BC), fibulas, common buckles, earrings, bracelets, gold temple ring (IV century BC), bells (I millennium).
Bronze axes of the Colchis culture (VIII-VII centuries BC), a silver cup from the village of Kvashkhieti (IV century BC) are exhibited in the exhibition space. The beauty of the local history museum in Oni is the collection of bronze buckles of II A.D. - II-III centuries AD.
