Restaurant "Shumeruli"

We chose this place because it was open late. Some dishes, like the kebab and soups, were quite good, but the ribs were average. The staff's service was disappointing—no smiles or friendliness. A security guard yelled at me when I went to the restroom, which was odd. Additionally, the waiter brought us a dish we didn't order and refused to remove it from the bill. This was not in line with the typical Georgian hospitality.

Puikūs khinkaliai

За неделю в Батуми мы посетили это заведение четыре раза. Наш официант Александр стал нам как друг. Нас угощали очень вкусными блюдами и обслуживали с душевным отношением. Музыканты Гога и Анна — настоящие таланты с горячими сердцами ❤️. Мы обязательно вернемся! Ольга, Татьяна и Анна.

Место пустует, но каждый вечер громкая колхозная музыка играет до поздней ночи, мешая отдыхать всему району.

Я была в этом ресторане несколько раз. Еда здесь очень вкусная, а персонал вежливый. Также можно насладиться живой музыкой от профессионального музыканта. Обстановка уютная и со вкусом.

The food was a disaster. The khinkali were cold inside, even though they were steaming on the outside, with little filling, and one had no broth at all. The chanakhi was served on a regular plate instead of in a ketsi, and it was swimming in fat—the "meat" can be seen in the photo; there wasn't any other. We ordered Kindzmarauli wine at 8:30 PM, and five minutes later, we were told they were out of wine (!) and only had Kisi left. Yes, no wine on a Saturday evening at a Georgian restaurant. Shortly after, another waiter was seen carrying a 5-liter jug of red wine out of the restaurant. The menu lacks information about the 10% service charge. It's not even worth discussing.

Хорошее место, дружелюбный персонал, говорящий на нескольких языках. Не из дешевых, но того стоит. Спасибо.
