※1枚目の店内の画像は他店の画像です！ 地元の人に大人気のヒンカリ専門店で、バトゥミで一番おいしいと評判です。地元感が強いので、その雰囲気が苦手な人には不向きです。店内は狭く、テラス席がありません。混んでいるため、相席になることがあります。大人数での入店は難しいです。メニューはヒンカリとビールのみで、最低注文数は5個からです。ヒンカリは皮が厚く、ハーブが効いていて食べ応えがあります。地元の人は胡椒をたっぷりかけて食べます。中のスープをこぼさないように食べるにはコツがいります。注文時、スタッフはジョージア語しか話せませんが、指で注文数を示せば通じます。現金のみ。おすすめです。

The khinkali was tasty, very juicy and large, filled with beef, pork, and herbs. It had a strong umami taste. When I was there, only locals were around, and most ate 10 or more. I was satisfied with 3. Locals leave the top part, but I ate it with the remaining juices. This was the only dish available besides drinks. You just need to say how many you want.
