We had a fantastic experience renting a car for six days. We picked it up in Tbilisi and returned it in Kutaisi. Communication was quick and straightforward.

Le personnel est sympathique et l'agence est facile à trouver, mais le Rav 4 avec 110000 km était en très mauvais état et sale. Il y avait un problème de frein et de compression moteur, ainsi que des cardans défectueux. C'est plutôt économique, mais pour des raisons de sécurité, il faut conduire prudemment.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would use this service again. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent and quick, but the staff I encountered in person didn’t seem very knowledgeable, which was a bit surprising.
Picking up the car was quick and easy, just a 5-minute walk from the airport parking. Returning the car was also simple, but it was extremely cold, making those 5 minutes feel much longer. We had to wait outside while they inspected the car, and at one point, one of the staff members sat inside the vehicle, which felt a bit strange.
The car we received was exactly what we had booked, a Toyota RAV4, and it performed well. It wasn’t brand new, but it was in good condition. It was relatively clean when we picked it up, though it was understandably dirtier when we returned it, given where we had driven.
One thing to keep in mind is the car wash fee. It's mentioned in the contract, but it would have been better to be informed upfront and pay it at pick-up while still at the airport office. Instead, we had to find exact cash at drop-off in the cold, which wasn’t ideal.
In summary, it was a solid experience with good communication, and I would recommend this service. - E
I needed a rental car at the last minute and this agency was ideal. The insurance and contract process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. They even offered free drop-off in the city, which was great. The car we got was a bit older but ran perfectly and met our needs. Highly recommend it! 10/10
