The car rental service offered a smooth experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the process was quick and easy. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided.

Alles war in Ordnung. Das Auto war sauber und in gutem Zustand, und die Schäden wurden gut dokumentiert. Die Mietkosten waren angemessen, und es gab keine versteckten Gebühren. Insgesamt war alles positiv.

Today I had the pleasure of renting a small economical car from Mr. Lasha. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He listened carefully to my needs and provided excellent service while considering my budget. He wasn’t pushy at all and remained calm and attentive throughout, leaving a great first impression of the Georgian people.

Ужасный опыт. Это франшиза, и они совсем не придерживаются стандартов обслуживания Hertz. Просто кошмар. Мишка оказался мошенником. Наорал на меня на парковке в аэропорту в 5 утра, потому что я не вымыл машину. Звонили в 4 утра, требуя приехать раньше, так как у них была другая бронь. Попросили подписать документы после того, как забрали и помыли машину без моего участия. Хорошо, что сказали, что повреждений нет, но мне пришлось поехать в аэропорт и оставить машину ему. Вот фотографии, где видно, что я подписал контракт и повреждений нет. Депозит до сих пор не вернули.

Steer clear! We rented a car thinking we could trust a well-known company, but we were mistaken. Apparently, this isn't an isolated incident, as many similar cases occur across Europe and worldwide. We put down a 400 euro deposit at Tbilisi airport. We started with slightly over half a tank and returned it slightly under. We expected a minor charge for the difference, but they claimed we used 34 liters, charging us 100 euros. Unbelievably, they said that gas costs 3 dollars per liter! On top of that, they kept our entire 400 euro deposit. Numerous similar reports can be found online. Learn from our mistake and look for a more trustworthy rental company.

Система получения и возврата авто оказалась немного непривычной. Парень из киоска отвел нас к машине и выдал ключи, пока другие клиенты ждали его возврата. Чтобы вернуть авто, нужно снова вызывать его на парковку, что занимает время. Тем не менее он был очень вежлив и не пытался навязать лишнего. При возврате не искал несуществующих повреждений, что приятно. Именно благодаря его работе ставлю хорошую оценку. Машина имела много мелких повреждений, отсутствовал правый передний подкрылок и постоянно спускало левое переднее колесо. Хотя это не критично, поскольку за 1800 км машина ни разу не подвела. Однако подобное состояние не ожидаешь от известного прокатчика, как в Европе.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. We tried contacting them, but it took them 30 minutes to show up. Clearly understaffed. The check-in was overly thorough, inspecting for any new scratches. Fortunately, there were no issues. Be sure to record a video of the car before leaving.
