Hotel Kalasi

המלון בסך הכל בסדר, אבל מה שהפריע לי היה ההתנהגות של הקבלה. הפקידה הייתה כל הזמן עסוקה בטלפון הפרטי ולא הרימה את הראש, גם כשעמדתי מול הדלפק. זה הרגיש כמו זלזול, אפילו כשאמרתי ביי כשעזבתי, היא לא הצליחה להרים את המבט מהטלפון.

Great hotel with friendly staff. It's a nice spot to stay in the heart of the old town.

Excellent place to stay. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We even received a bottle of wine upon arrival.

The location is great for exploring Tbilisi's streets, restaurants, and nightlife.

Breakfast was delicious.

We will definitely return.

Serious bed bug problem – Avoid this place!

We reserved two rooms here. On the first day, I discovered bed bugs in my room and asked to switch rooms. The front desk claimed there were no bed bugs in the hotel, saying it might be from previous guests, so we decided to stay.

On the third day, we found bed bugs again, this time in my mother’s room. The reception finally offered to change the room, but it was already our last day.

One receptionist even tried to blame us, asking if we had stayed anywhere else before instead of addressing the issue. It was clear that my initial report wasn't taken seriously, and the manager likely wasn't informed.

Bed bugs are a significant health and hygiene concern, not a minor issue. They can spread to luggage, clothing, and homes, leading to long-term complications. I strongly advise against staying here. Very poor hygiene!

The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi. The room furniture is average, as is the overall quality. Price is $.

The restaurant terrace was a wonderful spot for enjoyment.

خانواده‌ام و من برای ۴ شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم و تجربه افتضاحی داشتیم. لابی خیلی کوچک و تاریک بود. اتاقی که به ما دادند، اندازه‌اش خیلی کم بود. ما سه نفر بزرگسال بودیم و فقط یک تخت دو نفره و یک مبل تخت‌خواب‌شو داشتیم که خیلی کهنه و غیرقابل استفاده بود. نمی‌شد روی آن خوابید. وقتی اعتراض کردم، گفتند همینی که هست و باید تحمل کنید. یک شب را به سختی گذراندیم و روز بعد مجبور شدیم با پرداخت ۱۲۰ دلار یک اتاق دیگر بگیریم. پنجره اتاق، نزدیک سقف بود و حس زندان را می‌داد. در حمام مشکل تخلیه آب داشتیم و دوش که می‌گرفتی، آب سرریز می‌کرد. کارگران در حال بازسازی هتل بودند و سر و صدای زیاد، دل‌خراشی داشت. وقتی به آنها تذکر دادم، فقط گفتند ببخشید. صبحانه هم معمولی بود. با تور لیدر مشکل را در میان گذاشتم، اما هیچ اقدامی نشد. متاسفانه گول نظرات مسافران قبلی را خوردم، مراقب باشید.
