No12 Boutique Hotel

We had a fantastic experience at this charming boutique hotel in Tbilisi. Its location was ideal, just a short walk from the Old Town, with nice cafés and excellent restaurants close by. Even though it was in a bustling area, the hotel remained quiet, tranquil, and extremely cozy.

What impressed us the most was the meticulous attention to detail. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, and the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Small conveniences, like having water in the room, really made a difference.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.

Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Tamuna made fresh eggs to order each day, alongside delicious baked goods and homemade yogurt. Everything tasted fresh and was clearly made with care.

We truly enjoyed our time here, and the kids were reluctant to leave. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, whether alone, as a couple, or with family.

Bir Türk ailesi olarak otelde iki gece kaldık. Otel oldukça iyi. Kahvaltısı dışarıdaki yerlerden daha lezzetli. Bir şey eksik olduğunda istediğimizde hemen sağlıyorlar. Bebekli aileler için taze ev yapımı yoğurt yapılıyor (ücretsiz), kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Kahvaltı oldukça iyi. Çeşit çok fazla değil ama kaliteli ürünler var. Personel güleryüzlü.

Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi ve çalışanlar oldukça samimiydi. Ali Bey'e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz; çok yardımcı oldu. Aile için güvenle tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

İki gece kaldık, odanın durumu çok kötüydü. Banyoda kötü bir koku vardı ve tahtakurusu bulduk. Kahvaltı hem yetersizdi hem de temiz değildi. Fiyatına göre beklentilerimizi kesinlikle karşılamadı.

Tiflis seyahatimizde kaldığımız bu otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Gezilecek yerlere yakınlığı büyük bir avantaj; şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için konumu harika. Kahvaltıda sunulan mayalanmış yoğurtlar ise gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Otel sahibi Ali Bey’in ilgisi ve misafirperverliği sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tiflis’e gidecek olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I’m giving this place a perfect score because the price is very affordable. 🫶🏻 They allowed us to check in early, and we enjoyed a simple breakfast every day downstairs in a charming setting. It feels very homey, with an electric kettle available. You can book room extensions directly at the front desk for a bit less. There’s a nice spot outside to sit and chat. The bed is comfortable, and both the water pressure and heater are great. The only downside is that I found it challenging to tune the TV channels (not for those who aren’t tech-savvy), but for anyone who spends most of their time exploring the city, this place is fantastic. A big thank you to the kind owner for the treat at checkout. 💖

Opravdu úžasný hotel, s vynikajícími snídaněmi, skvělou obsluhou a čistými, pohodlnými postelemi. Moc děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme.

3 gece kaldık, otel sahibi Türk olduğu için her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Otelin konumu harika, merkezi. Tavsiye ederim.

Terrible place. Don't believe the fake positive reviews. They never change the bedsheets, the shower is full of green and black mold, and it smells like damp rot. The towels are stained, and the rooms are covered in dust and hair. Spend a little extra money and stay away from here.
