Отель в целом хорош. Номера можно немного обновить, но его расположение в центре старого города и цена делают его отличным вариантом. Есть парковка на территории, что очень важно для центра. У меня был номер с террасой, но было бы здорово, если бы владельцы установили навес, так как во время дождя можно промокнуть. В остальном все понравилось. Завтраки стандартные, но сытные. Спасибо. 👍

This is a small hotel in a great location in Old Tbilisi, very close to the main tourist spots. My room was cozy but had a bit of a smell, like someone had been smoking in it for a while. The bed linens and towels were clean and comfortable, but the carpets weren't the cleanest. The shower had some mold, and the space for the toilet was really tight and uncomfortable.

Breakfast is served in the basement, which lacks natural light. The food choices are limited but adequate. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are friendly and try to help, with some English spoken.

Overall, the location makes it worth the money, and the service is decent. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tbilisi.

Замечательное расположение, очень удобное. Домашние завтраки удивительно вкусные. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Гостям здесь уделяют максимум внимания. Советую всем заглянуть.

Önceden baktığımda, bulunduğu sokak biraz tenha görünüyordu, ama tam tersine şehrin merkezindeymiş ve yürüyerek her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Fiyat ve performans açısından çok iyi. Odamız temiz ve genişti. Personel çok ilgiliydi.

I stayed there for three nights. The rooms were tidy, and the breakfast was satisfying. The staff was exceptionally welcoming. The location was ideal.

Staying here was a wonderful getaway in Tbilisi's historic area. The room was spotless, complete with a balcony. It's located right in the middle of the old town, ideal for sightseeing and soaking up the local atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness, even treating us to a complimentary local wine.

Отличное место! Номера просто класс — чистота и порядок. Обслуживание на высоте, что в Грузии редкость. Нас приняли как старых друзей. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные. Приехали на пару дней, но не хотелось уезжать, остались ещё на день. Попав сюда, не захочешь уезжать. Хозяева потрясающие! Сулхан, Дато, Гио, огромное вам спасибо! Если отдыхать, то только у вас! Hotel is well-situated in a quiet spot within the very tourist-heavy old town. It's an 8-minute walk from Liberty Square, the cable car, and the sulfur baths. The rooms are missing some essentials like chairs and have very small bathrooms where cleanliness could be improved. The same goes for the breakfast area. While the staff seemed willing to help, they didn't manage to fix some issues: the safe wouldn't open upon our arrival, and they couldn’t provide an iron and ironing board when requested.

The air conditioner doesn't work, and the room is full of ants.
