This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and this hotel really made me feel at home ❤️. From the start, the owner treated us like family. We got there around 4 AM, and he made check-in super easy and relaxed. We had originally booked for five people, but when a friend decided to join us last minute, he assured us it was no problem at all.
The owner is one of the kindest and most attentive people I've encountered while traveling. I remember we were looking for a mirror downstairs, and he brought one to our room without us even asking. I've never seen that kind of thoughtfulness in a hotel before.
We enjoyed our evenings in the kitchen, singing, laughing, and feeling completely at home. The breakfasts were fantastic, the dogs were adorable, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the center.
I've traveled a lot, and this was genuinely one of the warmest experiences I've had while staying somewhere. Highly recommended 🥹✨ - A

La chambre a une odeur agréable et le lit est très confortable. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs endroits à Tbilissi, et celui-ci est de loin le meilleur. Dommage que je ne l'aie découvert qu'à la fin de mon séjour. L'accueil est exceptionnel, je reviendrai !

Nie polecam rezerwacji w tym miejscu. Dogadałem się z właścicielem na Instagramie, żeby było taniej, co on sam zasugerował. Zarezerwowałem 4 tygodnie przed lotem, a teraz, na 2 dni przed wylotem, pisze, że zapomniał zarezerwować mi pokoju, mimo że wcześniej twierdził, że to zrobił. Teraz nie ma już miejsc. Śmiech na sali! Muszę teraz szukać innego miejsca na nocleg, bo ktoś prowadzi swoje noclegi nieprofesjonalnie. NIE POLECAM!!!!!!

В отеле царит тёплая и уютная атмосфера, в которой чувствуешь себя как дома. Особенно хочу отметить невероятно добрых и гостеприимных хозяев — это люди с большим сердцем, которые искренне заботятся о своих гостях.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It's in a great location, and the owner, Sandro, is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares for stray dogs. The rooms are tidy and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring Tbilisi. Breakfast was nice too. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

Fantastic hotel! I picked it mainly for its convenient location, with everything close by. The best part was the exceptional service. The staff truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Any request was met quickly, and they were always eager to offer advice and assistance. The atmosphere is very welcoming.
