The rooms are fantastic! The hotel is very clean and well-located. However, the staff, especially the owner, is quite disorganized. We felt really disrespected, and communication was poor. It's disappointing to say this because the hotel itself is great. I would recommend it, but make your reservation through a booking site instead of directly with the hotel or by phone, as they tend to complicate things.

Şehir merkezinde, alışveriş merkezine oldukça yakın, temiz ve küçük bir yer. Kapıdan geçip 2. katta bulunuyorsunuz 😂. Otele biraz erken giriş yapmak istedik, daha önce birkaç kez erken gelebileceğimizi belirtmiştik ama yardımcı olmadılar. Bu onların sorumluluğu değil, ama oldukça mesafeli ve soğuk davrandılar. İnsanın hoş geldin demesi beklenir. Yer yoksa bile, boşalırsa yardımcı olmayı düşünmeleri gerekirdi ama asla yüzümüze bile bakmadılar 😂. Neyse ki odalar ve kahvaltı fena değildi, hizmette bir sorun yaşamadık. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için tercih edilebilir.
