Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 дней, всё было отлично! Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный, в номерах всё в порядке, уборка каждый день, горячая вода всегда была. Особая благодарность повару Елене — вы просто чудо! Завтраки на высшем уровне, очень вкусно и по-домашнему.

The location is convenient. The room wasn't very clean. If you're hoping to sleep in, that's difficult because the window lacks a proper curtain. The women at the front desk were nice, but the man kept bringing up checkout two days early. Overall, not bad.

Отличный отель с очень вежливым персоналом, никаких негативных моментов не было. Номера чистые и уютные. Завтраки вкусные, особенно благодаря женщине по имени Елена, которая всегда готовит с удовольствием и дружелюбно общается. Она, вероятно, одна из причин, почему здесь так комфортно. The staff here are excellent and I highly recommend this place. I was traveling alone and they were very accommodating, even with my last-minute bookings. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone was really nice. I had a great experience overall.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This hotel is one of the best I've ever experienced. I've traveled extensively throughout Europe and the USA, but this place truly stood out, thanks to the fantastic staff. They made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality, and the breakfasts were incredibly tasty—like something my mom would make! You could really sense the love in every dish.
We cherished every night of our week-long stay and even celebrated our wedding here, so this hotel will always be very special to us. Thank you all for making each day memorable! 🫶 - V
Ein sehr schönes Hotel, geführt von einer Familie, in zentraler Lage. Freiheitsplatz und U-Bahn sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück von Jelena war sehr gut und hat uns gefallen. Klare Empfehlung!

Odalar temiz ve yeterli. Merkezi konuma mesafesi makul, gezmek için geldiyseniz sorun değil. Bu otelde ikinci kez kalıyorum ve memnunum. Bir daha gelirsem yine burayı tercih ederim. Resepsiyondaki personel ve mutfak sorumlusu ELENA çok ilgili ve iyi birisi, ona ve diğer personele teşekkür ederim.

Ужасное место.
1. Полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Казалось, что сплю на улице.
2. На ресепшене был очень грубый и злой парень.
3. Отель заявляет о 4 звездах, но номера довольно грязные и потрепанные.
p.s. Ознакомьтесь с отзывами на Booking и тем, как владельцы отвечают на критику ;) Это просто позор.
