The House of Justice in Tbilisi is an important government institution that provides a wide range of public services and serves citizens and legal entities. The House of Justice operates under the management of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and is a key place where citizens can receive a variety of government services.

• Quick service space: In this space, clients can receive services that take on average less than 5 minutes, such as issuing ready-made documents, apostille or legalization of documents, obtaining registration decisions and others.
• Long-term service area: Here customers can receive services that require more than 5 minutes of time, such as applying for a passport, submitting documents, obtaining certificates and other services that take longer.

The House of Justice also provides specialized services for persons with disabilities. Tactile paths, Braille turn signals, tactile navigation maps and other measures have been created to facilitate access for persons with disabilities.
