კატასტროფა! სალაროებთან უამრავი მყიდველი და მხოლოდ ერთი ან ორი სალარო მუშაობს. იქაც გოგოები ჭორაობენ და ძალიან ნელა მუშაობენ. თუ ვინმე პრეტენზიას გამოთქვამს, დასცინიან. მაღაზიის მენეჯერი კი არსად ჩანს, რომ რაიმე მაინც გაარემონტოს ამ ბარდაგში. 😶

სტაფი ძალიან უსიამოვნო იყო, როცა უბრალოდ ვკითხე, სად იყო კაბა, რომელიც 10 წუთის წინ დავტოვე საკიდზე. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ 2 წუთში იკეტებოდნენ, მაინც ძალიან ცუდი და უზრდელური პასუხი მომცეს :)). ამის გამო კაბის ყიდვა საერთოდ აღარ გადავწყვიტე.

I only asked for a tax-free refund, but they took my passport and made me wait for 15 minutes. While I was waiting on the ground floor, another staff member came down slowly with my passport. I have no clue what they were doing with it all that time.
They also wrapped the item I bought very tightly and put tax-free stickers all over it. I've been to more than ten countries, and this was by far the most unusual tax-free process I've encountered. - M

Зашел в этот магазин во время прогулки по Тбилиси в поисках чего-то простого. В целом, все неплохо: магазин аккуратный, но ассортимент стандартный, как и в других подобных местах. Персонал был не слишком заметен, но и не мешал. Оценка – твердые 4 звезды, так как я нашел то, что искал.

Как опытная путешественница, я всегда заглядываю в местные магазины этой сети, и этот в Тбилиси не стал исключением. В целом, магазин стандартный: ассортимент привычный, атмосфера довольно оживленная, но временами не хватает консультантов, чтобы обслужить всех. Оценю на 3,5 звезды – подойдет для быстрой покупки.
