The staff was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. We were looking for a different size that was displayed on a mannequin, but the staff claimed there was no size available and wouldn't even listen to us. At first, I thought they were being discriminatory towards Indians, but after reading other reviews, it seems like the issue is just a lack of proper training. The brand needs to seriously consider improving their customer service. I've never been this disappointed in a store before.
