Заходя в примерочную, я столкнулась с неприятной ситуацией. Сотрудница начала громко сообщать мне, что я нахожусь в мужской примерочной и не могу там примерять вещи. Когда я спросила, в чем разница между ними, мне ответили, что одна мужская, а другая женская. При этом очереди в женскую были огромные, а в мужской – ни души. Это первый раз, когда я сталкиваюсь с такой гендерной дискриминацией в примерочных. Это полный абсурд. Магазин и его работники не заслуживают даже одной звезды. Не рекомендую женщинам сюда приходить, так как в очереди в примерочную придется ждать не меньше часа.

I went to the clothing store at Galleria Tbilisi with my wife. The fitting rooms were occupied, so I put on a T-shirt over my current one. Suddenly, a staff member approached us in a loud voice and insisted that I use the fitting room instead. I told her I had already tried it on (she could check the CCTV).
I wonder if your staff receives adequate training in customer service to learn how to treat customers with respect and speak calmly. Customers come to your store to shop, not to encounter rude behavior from your team! - M
