Service start timelines:

Work begins within 2 business days of payment being confirmed.

How the process works:

Stage 1 - Manager assignment. After payment is confirmed, a dedicated manager is assigned to you. They will get in touch and send you a list of questions whose answers are needed to begin work.

Stage 2 - Materials collection. The manager will request all necessary materials from you:

• a description of the organisation (in any language - we will translate it ourselves);
• photos (facade or signage, interior or workspace, team or work process);
• contact details for accuracy verification;
• additional information depending on the selected package.

Stage 3 - Work begins. Only after receiving your answers and materials does the manager begin designing the listing. This ensures the listing is complete and fully populated from day one.
