The official representative issues you an invoice-offer. This document serves simultaneously as a payment invoice and a service agreement. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of the offer terms and conclusion of the agreement. A separate bilateral agreement with signatures is not required - the invoice-offer has full legal force for both individuals and legal entities.

What the invoice-offer contains:
