What to Do If a Payment Fails

If you paid by card online and funds were debited but no confirmation arrived:

1. Wait 15–30 minutes - confirmation sometimes takes time
2. Check your spam folder
3. Write to the Madloba Consult manager and specify: date and time of payment, amount, last 4 digits of the card

If funds were debited but the package was not activated - Madloba Consult will resolve this within one business day.

Refunds

Payment for a package is non-refundable. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
