My Competitor Is in the Directory and I'm Not - How to Fix This

If you found a competitor's listing on Madloba.info but couldn't find your own company - this is a signal to act. While you're absent from the directory, potential clients see your competitor and don't see you.

Why Your Competitor Is There and You're Not

Most likely, one of two reasons:

Reason 1: The Madloba editorial team added the competitor's listing based on open data - the registry, Google Maps, their website, or Facebook. This is standard practice: we build a directory of active companies in Georgia, drawing on public sources. If your company hasn't yet been included - it can be added.

Reason 2: The competitor submitted their company themselves - filled in the form or emailed [email protected].

In either case, the solution is the same - submit an application.

Why It Matters to Be in the Directory While Your Competitor Is There

Imagine: a user searches "dentist Batumi" in Yandex or Google. The results show a Madloba page with a curated list of dentists. Your competitor is there. You're not. The user sees someone else's list and chooses from what they can see.

How to Add Your Company

Two options:

Option 1 - Web form: Fill in the application form

Option 2 - Email: Write to 📩 [email protected] from the company's official address. Include the name, address, phone, field of activity, and a short description.

Important: All listings in Madloba are added exclusively by the editorial team after data verification. This is intentional - to prevent unreliable information from entering the directory and to stop competitors from adding false listings under another company's name.

Publication timeline: an average of 5-7 business days after receiving complete data.

Cost: basic listing is free.

How to Make Your Listing Better Than Your Competitor's

After the basic listing is published, you can:

• Send your own description - the editor will replace the default text with yours
• Add photos - listings with photos are noticeably more compelling
• Ask clients to leave reviews - genuine ratings build trust
• Get the premium package - priority in category and entry into ratings

A listing with a description, photos, and reviews usually looks more convincing than an empty competitor card - even without premium.
